What does the basic yacht charter package include?
Each yacht rental comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Depending on the type of rental, sunset cruises offer premium refreshments and snacks, while business rentals provide meeting amenities and tailored catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure a booking, it's best to plan 2–3 weeks ahead, or during the high season, from May to September. For business events or private parties, we suggest reserving 4–6 weeks earlier for better yacht choice and customization time.
What is the procedure for bad weather?
Your safety is paramount. In case of poor conditions flagged by our captain, we will propose a new date, or return your money in full. We continuously monitor the weather and will reach out 24 hours ahead of your departure if the forecast looks uncertain.
May I bring personal food and drinks?
Guests are allowed to provide their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also have excellent catering services available with customizable menus to your liking. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to be inclusive for all guests. Some yachts are more accessible than others. We encourage you to reach out to us during your booking process to discuss special requirements, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange the necessary amenities.
What's the cancellation policy?
For cancellations over 72 hours before departure, a full refund applies. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours prior, a 50% refund is provided. No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours except in cases of unsafe weather or if we experience technical challenges.
